Expensive week! Got Oasis, Franz Ferdinand and Bob Dylan tickets for the coming months and Rangers Champions League tickets have been taken off my credit card. I'll be eating rice and water for the rest of the month!

Cant wait to see Dylan again last year it was at the Barrowlands and that was my favourite show ever! Ive seen Oasis just when Def Maybe was released and they were about to explode, Nirvana in front of a few hundred, Jeff Buckley in front of dozens and Dylan still topped all that, what a perofmrance!

I actually forgot my password to this and a few others things and the email I had used to sign up for them had expired so I've been stuck in limbo with a few things. Last week I found myold notebook which I had written them in though so I can at last buy things again from amazon, make a few online bets and type some journal entries.

The last year has been crap. I had the problems with my leg which just wont go away and aded to this I moved to London to start my first civvy job and it sucked ass. I really enjoyed the job at first but living and working in London had me dead. I used to love visiting but this time I was staying in a shithole area and hated that so I moved away to a nicer area that cost more but then my days were sleep, commute, work, lunch, work, commute, dinner, sleep. I coulndt take it after a while so quit and moved back up the road and now although my job is crap I have a better life outside work. Cest la vie!

I ordered my tickets today. Summer with David Bowie and the Pixies, top stuff! I knwo they are getting on a bit and past it but they are still legends and it will be nice to see them play. Bowie looks great for his age, looks better than he did in the 1970s!! Looking forward to the Wu tang Clan, Chemical Bros and PJ Harvey. Campsite should be great an all!

Its gone at last! Im finding it hard to walk proper until I build up the muscels again but thats just a minor problem excetp when I have to go down stairs. Ive to go to the swimming pool every day and run in the water because its good resistence exercise with no stress on joints. Looks fucking stupid but! Exam is done with so I need to wait on the results now its great getting some time without having to worry about that. Reminds me too much of school.

Kris P came back from Iraq last week so I met him in Jinty Mcginty's to catch up. He's got a wee daughter now 2 weeks old thats what he came back for that to spend some time with her. He's been getting paid a total shitload over there about 3 grand a week so he's back with over £80000 in his pocket and is heading out again as soon as possible. Not bad for a few months work. I would never do it but.They call it "security and consulting" but its mercenary in my langauge. Woulnae mind the extra money right enough but there is principles you got to stand by so I could never sell out and do it even if its just like being used as a bodyguard theres still something right seedy and dodgy.

Im getting my exam after Easter ive been working hard for it I think ive got a better chance of passing than what I was thinking a few months ago. Once thats finished i get the brace off so I use that to get myself working thinking only another few weeks of effort then thats it. No distractions either cannae play football or run or do fuck all else than hobble about!!

I saw Tommy Sheridan a couple of days ago, he was selling his newspaper. I like him, he always tries to get out and meet the people and you can have a conversation with him when other politicians would just ignore you are patronise you. Iwould vote for him if his party wasn't so full of knobs like Rosie Kane and Hugh Kerr. It got me thinking and I can't decide who vote for in the Euro elections, every party has idiots. I am a member of Labour but I hate the party in the Glasgow area and will never vote for them outside of the Westminster elections as long as they continue their sectarian practices, I don't like the SNP because they are nationalists, I don't vote SSP because aside from Tommy I don't like them. So it might be the Liberal Democrats by default, Jim Wallace is a sound guy, but I don't know much about the rest of them!!!

mywindingwheel - Sorry for not answering your question sooner. What is up with my leg is I got shot! But that is not what causes the problem now, it was the breaking of my leg on the fall afterwards which done the most damage.

I went to the hospital today and got my test results back. They think I will be able to get my leg out the brace soon!!! I've not been able to walk properly for over eight months and I was fearing I would not be able to again without a crutch. It is not sore anymore but its no good not having full use. I can not hillwalk, climb, play football and and I was fearing getting pensioned off at 24! But it looks better now, the pin will stay in and I will beep every metal detector I go in and so far it has been a good chat up line!!!
